After spending years struggling with the nightly “what’s for dinner” dilemma while trying to eat healthily and stick to a budget, I developed a systematic approach to meal planning that changed my life—and can change yours too.
With a background in nutrition and project management, I bring a unique perspective to meal planning. I believe that with the right system, anyone can enjoy delicious, nutritious meals without the daily stress of decision fatigue or last-minute grocery store runs.
